Mellissa Tate-Dougherty is our dedicated office manager, responsible for keeping our business running smoothly and building relationships with our patients. A member of The Wellness Principle team since 2018, Mellissa brings immeasurable skill as an administrative assistant and medical insurance biller. Her warm, welcoming energy is a wonderful addition to our team, and she is adored by patients and practitioners alike.

Outside of our practice, Mellissa owns a business focused on creative hair styling and coloring (check out her ‘do!). She is now the go-to stylist for our entire team, as well as many of our patients!
